All items require full cleared payment prior to shipping, no exceptions.
All items are shipped the next business morning after payment is received. We ship UPS ground to the 48 Continental U.S. States. We ship USPS to all other countries, AK, HI and all P.O. boxes.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE:
Tracking information for your order will be sent to your email address on file the next business day after payment is received - allowing you to track your shipment.
If the item is defective or is delivered damaged we will replace it free of charge.
If the item has been used and cannot be resold – we cannot grant you a full refund. All products sold come complete with a Manufacturer’s Warranty. If you would like to return the item, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the name of the product you are returning, and reason for the return. Your item cannot be returned without it. We will respond with return authorization by the next business day. If a refund is requested, you may be asked to pay a small restocking fee, our initial actual shipping expense and the return freight will be at your expense… A package which has been refused by the recipient does not excuse our return policy... All return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
We do not store any credit card information. Your transaction is handled securely via PayPal processing technologies. We will never purchase and we will never sell any contact information, we respect your privacy and will protect that information you share with us.
